CONCIERGE PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT TO LEAD AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
Julie Crocker DPT
Julie Crocker has over 25 years experience as an outpatient physical therapist. She has rehabilitated clients with a variety of complex orthopedic and post-operative diagnosis involving the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle and spine. Julie has significant experience treating cervicogenic headaches, TMJ, sacroilliac dysfunction and lumbopelvic disorders. Julie's experience working with complex medical clients in the outpatient rehabilitation setting make her uniquely qualified to treat special populations such as those with post concussive syndrome, those experiencing pain during pregnancy, and those experiencing physical impairment post cancer treatment.
Julie Crocker DPT has become disenchanted with the current physical therapy model due to the amount of time spent on items that do not add value to the customer and inhibit the physical therapist's ability to provide good care. Medical Insurance often imposes barriers to physical therapy treatment. In creating PT for Life she seeks to change the current model.
